Lasagna is a traditional Italian dish. The manuscript of the 14 century has the very first recipe of the lasagna. It was found near from Naples. Unfortunately, the author is unknown. But, practically, it was the first ancient recipe book. According to the notes, people cooked lasagna in a different way. They boiled puff doughs and then layered it with grated cheese and mulled spices. Today, one can make the fillings with ragu, meat, tomatoes, spinach, vegetables and Parmesan cheese. But one of the most delicious recipes is an appetizing vegetable lasagna. It`s worth cooking as it is really tasty. Bring a joy to your family and yourself by cooking this incredible dish.

Mince an onion, sweet pepper and zucchini fine.
Heat an olive oil on the frying pan. When the oil gets warm, put the whole onion and fry it for 5 minutes.
Add a pepper to the onion. Stir it well and fry it for 3 minutes.
Then add a zucchini. Fry it for 5 minutes.
While the vegetables fry to a turn, grate 100 grams of mozzarella.
Coat a bottom of the large baking pan with a tomato sauce. Put the first layer of the lasagna sheets. Every layer has to be tightly covered with the sheets. You need to break off necessary pieces to close all the gaps.
Top the sheets with the tomato sauce again, then place fried vegetables and sprinkle with the cheese.
Then goes new layer of the sheets and fillings. For example, you can use tomato sauce, as well as béchamel and cream one.
It is not recommended to cover the final layer with cheese, as the pieces of the vegetables and the sauce will not be visible. It is better to top the dish with a basil.
Bake it in an oven at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes.
In the end, let the ready lasagna stand for 10 minutes.
