    Olive oil

    Potatoes
  • 1 Liter
    Chicken broth
  • 1 jar
    Peeled tomatoes
  • 3 cloves
    Garlic
  • 350 Grams
    Fish fillet
  • 4
    Mini-corns
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. Slice an onion, celery, and garlic. Then cut potatoes into cubes.

  2. Pour an olive oil into the deep saucepan and fry the celery and onion until transparent. It will take 3 minutes.

  3. Add the garlic and fry it another 2 minutes.

  4. Add tomatoes from the jar.

  5. Then goes a broth and potatoes.

  6. Bring it to a boil, slack the fire and cook it for 10 minutes. During this time cut the fish into big cubes.

  7. Add the fish into the soup.

  8. Then add cut-up mini – corns and boil over a slow fire until the potatoes are ready.
