Succulent Pineapple chicken

When you are very hungry, and cannot wait long for dinner, then I recommend you to cook Pineapple chicken. Such ingredients as chicken meat and canned pineapple blend in very well. It is not new, but a very delicious dish. By the way, it is a good way to impress your family, friends or lover.

    Chicken shank

  • 400 Grams
    Tomato mash
  • 200 Grams
    Canned pineapple
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Soy sauce
  • 3
    Bay leaf
  • 6 Tablespoons
    Vegetable oil
  • Bunch of green peas
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Fry potatoes with the vegetable oil for 1 minute. Then add a carrot and fry it for 2 minutes.

  2. Add pepper and cook another 1 minute. Put the vegetable into the colander and let the oil flow down.

  3. Fry an onion and garlic for 1-2 minutes. Then add chicken and fry it until gold.

  4. Add tomato mash, pineapple syrup, soy sauce and bay leaves.

  5. Bring it to a boil, cover and stew for 20 minutes, stirring all the time.

  6. Add the potatoes, yellow pepper, carrot and pineapple. Continue to cook it for about 5-6 minutes or until the potatoes are ready. Add bunch of green peas, salt and pepper it. And cook until it is ready.
