Ingredients

  • 400 Grams
    Packet fettuccini pasta
  • 300 Grams
    Mushrooms
  • 300 Millilitres
    Pure cream
  • 1
    Medium onion
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Butter

Instructions

  1. Heat frying pan over high heat. Add oil, chopped mushrooms and onion. Cook until mushrooms and onion become gold.

  2. Add cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, cook fettuccini pasta in a large saucepan salted water (cook until it become al-dente)

  4. Pour sauce with mushrooms on pasta. Serve hot.
