Meat and potato pie

Ingredients

  • 250 Grams
    Margarine
  • 450 Grams
    Flour
  • 1
    Egg
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Sour cream
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Salt
  • 400 Grams
    Meat
  • 6
    Medium onions
  • 4-5
    Medium potatoes
  • 30 Grams
    Butter
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix flour with baking powder, egg, margarine and salt. Pour sour cream. Using your fingertips, mix everything until the pastry begin to come together. Shape dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

  2. Divide dough in two parts, like: 2/3 and 1/3. Take the first part and roll it out on a lightly floured work surface. Then put it on the oiled pan.

  3. Slice potatoes and put it on rolled out dough. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Chop meat and onion and put it on potato. Season with salt and pepper again.

  5. Take second part of dough, roll it out and cover your pie.

  6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
