Cobb salad for you and your family

Ingredients

  • 6 Cups
    Lettuce
  • 300 Grams
    Chicken breasts
  • 3
    Eggs
  • 2
    Tomatoes
  • 1
    Avocado
  • 2
    Celery
  • 120 Grams
    Cheese
  • 1/4 Pound
    Smoked ham
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Mustard
  • 1
    Small garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons
    White wine vinegar
  • 4 Tablespoons
    Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken and eggs. Grate cheese.

  2. Chop garlic and mix it with mustard, vinegar and oil.

  3. Slice the ham and preheat a nonstick skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the ham to the skillet and cook until the ham is crisped, 3-5 minutes.

  4. All ingredients (except lettuce) cut into thin slices.

  5. Put the lettuce onto a large serving dish. Place the tomatoes on top. On either side of the tomatoes place avocado, chicken, cheese, eggs and ham. Drizzle with sauce.
