The well – known doughnuts  have won the customers` hearts  all over the world.  We should thank Bill Rosenberg, the founder of the company, for that masterpiece. Today you have a great opportunity to create the classic American vanilla doughnut at home.


Ingredients

  • 250 Grams
    Flour
  • 120 Grams
    Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Oil
  • 180 Grams
    Milk
  • Vanilla, salt, cinnamon to taste
  • 125 Grams
    Sugar powder
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Milk

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, oil, milk, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Mix until smooth.

  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  3. Use doughnut or cookie cutters, cut out 3-inch-diameter rounds with 1-inch-diameter holes. Bake for 8 minutes.

  4. Mix sugar powder and milk until smooth. Frost doughnuts while they are still warm.
