It`s time for Strawberry pie!

Summer is a perfect season for strawberries. At this time, they abound in every veggie patch. And there are a lot of ways to use it. For instance, a wonderful Strawberry pie. It can be practically made of any dough: sandy, puff or yeasted one. By the way, you may use frozen berries for baking as well. And strawberry filling can be inside the pie, or be topped too. All is up to you!


Ingredients

  • 150 Grams
    Strawberries
  • 500 Grams
    Cream cheese
  • 360 Millilitres
    Cream
  • 250 Grams
    Sugar
  • 5
    Eggs
  • 125 Millilitres
    Milk
  • 250 Grams
    Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Blend strawberries to the smoothness. Then whip the cream and cream cheese. Add a strawberry squash to it and mix it well.

  2. Let the strawberry mix chill and thicken. In a deep bowl whip the yellows, vegetable oil and 250 grams of sugar. In separate bowl, whip the whites until thick foam. Step by step, put the whites into the dough. Mix it to smoothness.

  3. While the biscuit is warm, slit it with the sharp knife into three even parts. Then coat pie shells with strawberry cream sauce. The top and the edges of the cake must be coated with the sauce too. In the end, decorate it with the strawberry sections and mint leaves.
