Pumpkin pancakes for all tastes

Pancakes are ancient, but very popular food. Even our ancestors cooked it and, in such a way, they started the “era” of the pancakes. American people are fond of it and eat it usually in the mornings, adding the various fillings based on their own preferences. It has also spread in the other countries  as well. Nowadays, the best cooks have improved the pancakes recipes and made up a lot of new and delicious ones. One of them includes pumpkin pancake receipt. We hope you`ll enjoy it!

 


Ingredients

  • 120 Millilitres
    Milk
  • 150 Grams
    Melted pumpkin
  • 1
    Egg
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 120 Grams
    Flour

Instructions

  1. Blend pumpkin, egg, milk, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix until smooth.

  2. Heat the oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Brown pancakes on both sides and serve hot with syrup, jam or whatever you like.
