Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons
    Paprika
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Chili pepper
  • 3 Teaspoons
    Garlic powder
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Salt
  • 2 Kilograms
    Pork rib
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Brown sugar
  • 1 Cup
    Soy sauce
  • 1 Cup
    Brown sugar
  • 2/3 Cups
    Ketchup
  • 1/3 Cup
    Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix paprika, chili pepper, garlic powder, salt and 3 tablespoons brown sugar.

  2. Cut ribs into medium parts. Drizzle with pepper mix and chill for half an hour.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and cook for 1 ½ hour.

  4. Blend soy sauce, 1 cup brown sugar, ketchup and lemon juice. Boil for 6-8 minutes.

  5. Frost ribs and cook for 30-40 minutes.
