Ingredients

  • 200 Grams
    Butter
  • 1 Cup
    Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cup
    Flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Baking powder
  • 3 Cups
    Quick cooking oats
  • 2
    Eggs

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Combine flour, salt, baking powder and oats, stir into the creamed mixture.

  2. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 20-30 minutes.
