If you want to cook a delicious, nourishing and easy to cook dish made of simple ingredients, then mushroom and tomato quiche is what you need. As for me, it is strictly a male dish, which is heavy and nourishing enough. This kind of quiche is considered to be a little rough dish. But it doesn`t require  high culinary skills. So, everybody can cook this incredible dish if there is a strong wish. Bon appetit!



  • Flaky dough
  • 400 Grams
  • Onion
  • 100-150 Grams
  • 0,5 Liters
  • Eggs
  • Tomatoes
  • Green onions, parsley or dill
  • Salt, pepper - to taste


  1. Roll a dough, then form it. Cover the dough with butter and form high borders around it (3 сm). Pierce the dough with fork several times and sprinkle it with the half of the grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 170 °C for about 10 minutes.

  2. Grind mushrooms up and fry it with the onion until it`s ready.

  3. Put the mushrooms on the top of the dough, salt it and add some spices to taste.

  4. Chop the greens and put it over the mushrooms.

  5. Put the quartered tomatoes in a circle above the greens, and salt it.

  6. Scramble the eggs, add milk and the rest of grated cheese. Salt it all, and add spices as you wish.

  7. Fill the quiche with the obtained mixture and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30-40 minutes until ready.
