An incredible taste of Leon salad

Hard boil eggs, chill and peel them.
Wash tomatoes, scallion and herbs. Cut the tomatoes and eggs into pieces.
Then cut the scallion and herbs finely.
Wash Paris mushrooms, cut them finely and fry it for 7-8 minutes.
Prepare salad dressing. Mix mayonnaise sauce, lemon juice and coriander. Salt and pepper the mix.
