Fish loaf cooked with love

Nowadays, there are a lot of variants how to cook the different dishes with bread. For example, one of them includes the fish loaf. If you are in hurry and have no time for cooking, the fish loaf is the best choice for a quick snack. It seems to be very tasty and light at the same time. The following recipe will show all the necessary steps how  to cook it.


Ingredients

  • 500 Grams
    Fish
  • 3
    Eggs
  • 1
    Carrot
  • 1 Scoop
    Fresh herbs
  • 1
    Onion
  • 3
    Nori
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Curcuma
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Adjika sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Salt
  • 3 Slices
    Bread

Instructions

  1. First layer: blend 1/3 fish, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, egg and fresh herbs. Mix for 1-2 minutes.

  2. Add slice of bread, drizzled with water or milk. Salt to taste.

  3. Put first layer in the baking tin. Cover with nori.

  4. Second layer: blend 1/3 fish, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/3 onion, carrot, egg, slice of bread, drizzled with water or milk, black pepper and curcuma.

  5. Put second layer in the baking tin on top of the first. Cover with nori.

  6. Third layer: blend 1/3 fish, egg, slice of bread, drizzlwd with water or milk, 1/3 onion, adjica sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Mix until smooth.

  7. Put third layer in the baking tin.

  8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook for 30 minutes.
