Ingredients

  • 90 Grams
    Cacao powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Baking soda
  • 1/4 Teaspoon
    Salt
  • 90 Grams
    Butter
  • 90 Grams
    Margarine
  • 170 Grams
    Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Vanilla
  • 260 Grams
    Flour
  • 2
    Egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.

  2. Blend butter and magarine. Add sugar and vanilla. Pour egg whites. Mix until smooth. Mix with flour and cocoa powder.

  3. Wrap dough with clingfilm and chill in the fridge for 4-5 hours.

  4. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
