A pungent flavor of the chicken roll with prunes

One can cook plenty of dishes made of the chicken breast. For example, chicken – fried steaks, schnitzel, and sauces. You can bake the chicken breast in an oven, or roast it or stew it. But the chicken roll with prunes in the oven has proved itself as a very delicious meal. It may simply replace a common sausage. It can be cooked with the vast variety of the fillings – mushrooms, cheese, minced meat and dried apricots. But today I offer you to cook chicken roll with prunes. A combination of the meat and something sweet will give you a pungent flavor. Enjoy!


Ingredients

  • 600 Grams
    Chicken breast
  • 10
    Prune
  • Garlic
  • 100 Millilitres
    Crème fraîche
  • 1
    Egg
  • Salt
  • Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare a chicken breast, then wash and wet a prune.

  2. Beat a slice of the chicken breast on both sides.

  3. Divide the chicken fillet into two parts and salt it a bit (you can also add chicken seasoning). Then squeeze the garlic out with the garlic press, take the sliceable prune and put it all on the top of the chicken.

  4. Roll the chicken pieces and fix it with wooden skewers or toothpicks.

  5. Mix crème fraîche with one egg to make crème fraiche sauce.

  6. Smear the chicken rolls with the crème fraîche sauce and bake it in an oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
