An amazing apple pie in combination with mango and papaya

It is spring. It means that the gardens in this season are full of the different fruits, including apples. Every time we visit our folks, they hand us a bunch of the bags, full of the apples. And you are pondering what you can make with them. There are a lot of kinds of the apple pies which you may try to cook and taste. An apple pie with mango and papaya differs from the other pies by its marvellous taste, which mainly consists of the apple, mango and papaya, of course. And, this apple pie is very useful and rich on such vitamins as  С, B1, B2, P, E (in the apples), D, С, А ( in mango), and  on the largest amount of the vitamin C ( in papaya) as well.

Ingredients

  • 100 Grams
    Butter
  • 200 Grams
    Flour
  • 20 Grams
    Sugarpowder
  • 20 Millilitres
    Water
  • 1
    Egg
  • 300 Grams
    Apple
  • 100 Grams
    Brown sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Cinnamon powder
  • 3 Grams
    Vanilla
  • 100 Grams
    Mango
  • 100 Grams
    Papaya

Instructions

  1. Cut butter into cubes and let it chill for 10 minutes.

  2. Add flour gently and blend it with butter.

  3. Add egg, water, sugar powder and cinnamon powder, Mix until smooth.

  4. Shape dough into a ball, wrap in clingfilm and chill in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.

  5. Peel and cut apples, mango and papaya.

  6. Add sugar, pour water and boil everything for 5 minutes.

  7. Divide dough in two parts, like: 2/3 and 1/3. Take the first part and roll it out on a lightly floured work surface. Then put it on the oiled pan.

  8. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 10 minutes.

  9. Put fruits mix on top. Take second part of dough, roll it out and cover your pie. Cook for10-15 minutes or until it become light brown.
