Pasta Carbonara with bacon

I remember my mother cooking pasta Carbonara, adding the bacon. I couldn`t pass by the kitchen without at least looking the whole process of the cooking. A stunning smell  was chasing me in every room.  Since then I have been cooking it myself every week. All my family adores this dish. I will not be so greedy and show you the recipe. It is very easy in cooking. You need only 15 minutes to prepare and 20 minutes to cook. And all the ingredients are familiar and not very expensive. I expect you to like it. Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons
    Olive oil
  • 100 Grams
    Bacon
  • 50 Grams
    Parmesan cheese
  • 3
    Eggs
  • 450 Grams
    Packet fettuccini pasta
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Pepper
  • 300 Millilitres
    Pure cream

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in a large saucepan salted water (better if it will be al-dente)

  2. Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add oil and bacon. Cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.

  3. Add cream, bring to the boil. Cook for 2 minutes, add pasta to pan.

  4. Season with salt and pepper.
