Slice a middle-sized carrot, onion and few sticks of celery.
Put a butter, some bay leaves, one teaspoon of cilantro and finely minced rosemary into the vast saucepan.
Fry the vegetables for 5 minutes until the garlic is transparent.
Cut potatoes into cubes and add it to the vegetables. Then add a tablespoon of the red pepper. You can take sweet or hot one. Fry it another 5 minutes to make the potatoes soften.
Then add 100 – 150 grams of rice. Stir it well.
Add 1 – 1,5 liters of the broth or boiling water in a minute. If the vegetables and rice actively absorb the liquid, then add it more.
