An incredible taste of Leon salad

French dishes don`t stop to impress us. The Leon salad with Paris mushrooms, quail eggs, and tomatoes will definitely be a great complement to any festive table. Or it can be a light but very delicious breakfast. All the ingredients make an incredible taste you will not forget.


Ingredients

  • 50 Grams
    Paris mushrooms
  • 8
    Cherry tomatoes
  • ½ Bunch
    Scallion
  • 8
    Quail eggs
  • 400 Grams
    Salad
  • ½ of Lemon
    Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Vegetable oil
  • 5 bunches
    Dill
  • 5 Bunches
    Coriander
  • 100 Millilitres
    Mayonnaise sauce
  • 1 Pinch
    Dry tarragon
  • Salt
  • Black ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Hard boil eggs, chill and peel them.

  2. Wash tomatoes, scallion and herbs. Cut the tomatoes and eggs into pieces.

  3. Then cut the scallion and herbs finely.

  4. Wash Paris mushrooms, cut them finely and fry it for 7-8 minutes.

  5. Prepare salad dressing. Mix mayonnaise sauce, lemon juice and coriander. Salt and pepper the mix.

  6. Put the mushrooms, salad leaves, tomatoes, eggs and herbs into a salad bowl. Mix it promptly.

  7. Top it with the dressing and mix it one more time.
