Since childhood, everyone likes hot and tasty corn. There are a lot of corn recipes all over the world. And a corn soup is one of them.

You may cook the corn soup not only of canned corn but also from the fresh one. And such vegetables as celery, carrot, potatoes and peas blend very well with it. They make the soup vivid, appetizing and rich with vitamins, what is very important.


Ingredients

    Onion
  • 1 stalk
    Celery
  • 3 cloves
    Garlic
  • 0,5
    Carrot
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Flour
  • 2
    Potatoes
  • 300-400 Grams
    Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Pea
  • 300 Grams
    Corn

Instructions

  1. Cut an onion, celery, garlic and carrot into small pieces.

  2. Heat an olive oil in the big saucepan. When the oil gets warm, put the onion, garlic and celery. Fry it for 5 minutes until gold.

  3. Add the carrot 3 minutes later.

  4. When the vegetables become flushed, pour a tablespoon of the flour and stir it well.

  5. Then pour it with milk and bring it to a boil. It will thicken because of the flour.

  6. When the soup comes to a boil, add potatoes and boil it over medium heat, until it is ready.

  7. A minute before it`s ready, pour a corn and peas into the pan. You can use frozen or canned ones.
