Spring is coming. It means that we need vitamins and energy boost. And the apple fritters are what we are looking for. The apple fritters recipe is very simple. They are cooked in a blink and in a blink they disappear from the plate. That`s why prepare a double portion.

American hostesses think of it as of the sweet satisfaction and it is not by accident. Imagine a fluffy fritter with the crispy crusts, inside of which there is an apple piece, full of spice tastes. As a rule, apple fritters are served with a sweet sauce or sugar powder. On holidays, hostesses add an ice-cream or whipped cream. But it is up to you what to choose. Ingredients

  • 160 Grams
    Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Shredded coconut
  • 2 Teaspoons
    Baking powder
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Cinnamon
  • 6 Tablespoons
    Apple juice
  • 1
    Egg
  • 2
    Apples

Instructions

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in the cup. You may use a wire whisk.

  2. Then cut the apples. First of all, you may use apples of any kind – sweet or sour. But, it is recommended to take soft ones. Second of all, choose the size of the cube as you prefer. If you like determinate shape, then it is 1 cm. And if you prefer something more smooth and harmonic then it will be 0,5 cm.

  3. When the apples are ready, add an apple juice, an egg and the apple cubes into the dry mix. Then mix it well.

  4. Heat a butter in the frying pan. When it gets warm, spoon the flour in the frying pan, pressing it to make them flat. And fry it 1 minute on both sides.

  5. Place it on the paper towel and continue to fry the next ones.
